The products are delivered to the Buyers to the address specified on the order at an agreed time.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days from the receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.
The return product must be without defects, complete, in its original packaging and unused.
In the event that the returned item has deteriorated, the Buyer is responsible for the deterioration of its value if he or she has used the item in a way that differs from learning the item's essence, its features and its functioning. To learn the essence, features and functioning of an item, the item can only be handled in a way that it is allowed to handle it normally in a shop.
The Webstore has a right to present claims to the Buyer for the deteriorated value of the item.
In order to return a product, Buyer must submit an according request to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the receipt of the products.
The Buyer shall cover the transport costs connected with the returning of the product.
The Buyer must return items to the Webstore immediately, but no later than 14 days after he or she notified the Webstore of withdrawal from the Sales Contract.
In the case of withdrawal from the Sales Contract, the Webstore shall immediately return to the Buyer all payments received from him or her on the basis of the Sales Contract, including transport fees (except for additional fees that arise from the mode of transport selected by the Buyer that differ from the cheapest means of transport proposed by the Company) no later than 14 days after the Webstore learns of the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract.
The Buyer has the right to submit a claim within 2 (two) years after the product has been delivered if the product does not comply with terms of agreement (has defects). If the defect is found, the consumer must take all reasonable steps to store and protect the product, including not use the defective product if it will result in further deterioration of the product.

Defects arising after delivery do not fall within the responsibility of the Webstore.
The Webstore will provide free repairs or replacements for the defective products that are subject of the claim.

If the parties cannot settle an agreement by themselves, the Buyer may contact on a dispute settlement body - the Consumer Protection Board. Consumer Protection Board has jurisdiction to resolve disputes between consumers and businesses if the value of the product or service under dispute is at least €20.
